Eligibility Statement
Eligibility statement can be obtained from “Business Finland” by applying online. You need to prove to Business Finland that you can establish a fast growing startup company in Finland.
You may need the following to obtain the Eligibility Statement
1. Team
Startup team with at least two founders with versatile expertise and who are planning to move to Finland.
2. Resources
Access to sufficient resources and funding for the company’s early-stage development as well as secure financial means for personal support.
3. Business plan
Innovative business plan and commitment to the business idea.
4. Significant holding
The team has to have at least 60% holding in the company.
5. Intention
An intention to establish a fast-growth company in Finland.
6. Working full-time

Fees and Process-Time For Startup Entrepreneurs Residence Permit
You can apply for Startup Entrepreneurs Residence Permit Online. The fees is €400 for the online application. If you wish to apply on paper application, the fees is €480.
The process time can be reduced if you apply First Residence Permit through Fast track Service of Finnish Immigration. The process time for online application is 14 working days. For paper application, the process time is 1 to 2 months.
